Naz is a student of the Department of English Language and Literature at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. She has been actively involved in the field of civil society since 2018. Currently working as a trainer on project cycle management and logical framework approach at the Community Volunteers Foundation, Naz has also taken on roles as a facilitator and junior trainer in several Erasmus+ projects. In the summer of 2022, she worked as an editor at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, where she revised and prepared English content for publication on the ministry’s website.
Additionally, she has worked as a UNICEF field representative and spent a year in Malta as an ESC volunteer. During her ESC project in Malta, she worked with marginalized African migrants and led campaigns to amplify their voices nationwide. Inspired by this experience, her project ‘Building Migrants’ Belonging’ was awarded by the Malta National Agency and presented as a good example to other civil society organizations.
