Işıl, who joined the Community team in November 2022 upon the call of EKA Community, graduated from Private Sakarya Doğa College Anatolian High School and then started her undergraduate education in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Currently in her fourth year of ongoing undergraduate studies, Işıl had previously gained experience in a different community. Having previously been interested in stage arts like theater, music, and dance, Işıl, through her university education, started working on Climate Crisis and Sustainable Cities, participating in various projects. Since December 2022, she has been serving as the Event and Program Coordinator at EKA Community. She is also creating projects with her team members in the Transportation Working Group of the Istanbul Municipality City Council.
